I'm also known as ... Kakariki

I make ... cross stitch and patterns and various other bits and bobs. And I do a whole heap of writing!

My favourite tools of the trade are ... my (dying) computer, floss and needles

My favoured place for supplies is ... op shops, garage sales, my friends

My favourite place for breakfast in Melbourne is ... Seddon Deadly Sins!! Their banana caramel pancakes are to die for!!

Last night I dreamt ... I was too tired for dreams after a very late night out doing radical craft action :)

I am wearing ... Lots of layers 'cause it's FREEZING!

I like to read ... all the time! Crafty and political blogs, comics, zines (reading the Doris anthology now and it's so inspiring!!) and economic theory. And now I'm running for parliament (in NZ ,all you kiwis make sure you're enrolled to vote!) I seem to read a hell of a lot of emails!!

I like afternoon tea at ... my house, doing a bit of stitching and enjoying the quiet while Tara is asleep
My favourite Melbourne haunt ... My local community centre where I go to playgroup and my stitching group. And the Flinders Subway especially Sticky but I love seeing my friends stuff in the little shops down there as well.
